The expertise of "Questions" i.e. "what, when, why, where, how" is either underrated or unnoticed or blown out of proportion. While it is important to read in order to gain knowledge and develop self-understanding, we also need to leverage the power of "Questions", which is one of the critical tools.

Now that we know the importance of questions, we must elaborate on "Asking the right questions", "Asking the questions with the right tonality and intentions" and also with the correct mindset. Asking questions with proper etiquettes should be encouraged. It goes beyond workplaces, and plays an important part in colleges and universities and other arenas of our lives. All individuals in whatever role should have this mindset.

It is important to understand where to stop, however, restraint should follow after brainstorming and alignment, rest everything will follow.

If someone is challenging the status quo, don't jump on the train right away. Not to say, they are wrong. But, first, ensure to initiate discussion around "why we have, what we have etc etc".

Certainly, as mentioned above, the intent behind this approach should be driven by good spirit i.e. eventually benefiting the overall organizational goal. Furthermore, it is important to allow time to think and reflect. An immediate response or answer should not be the goal.

A well thought brainstorming session driven by an urge to understand and supported by good intent, that's all what is needed!
