Workplace is an important part of our everyday lives. In general, we are spending 40 hours of our week at work place or in a work environment. It gets hard to get the work out of the mind and transit back to our personal lives during the weekends or in the evenings once we conclude our work. Many times, our personal and professional thoughts overlap in our headspace and the impact is visible both at work place and at home. Whether we are working to support our families or because we are career oriented, there are few things we need to take care of to reach thoughtlessness and switch to the current moment.
